This policy explains what personal information Become The Answer collects, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.
Who we are
Become The Answer is a website and search visibility studio working with health and wellbeing practitioners. We are based in Ibiza, Spain, and work remotely.

What we collect
We only collect what you choose to give us. There are three ways that happens.
- The contact form. Your name, email address and the message you write. Submissions are delivered to us by FormSubmit, which processes the form on our behalf.
- Booking a discovery call. Calls are scheduled through Calendly. When you book, Calendly collects your name, email address, time zone and anything you add to the booking form, and shares it with us. Its own privacy policy governs what it does with that data.
- Email. If you write to us directly, we hold that correspondence.
We do not run advertising trackers or analytics profiling on this site. Fonts, icons and the Calendly booking widget are loaded from their providers, which means those providers can see your IP address when a page loads.
Why we hold it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a call.
- To carry out work you have engaged us for, and to keep records of it.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
Our lawful basis is your consent when you contact us, and legitimate interest or contract once we are working together. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become work are deleted within two years. Records relating to client work are kept for as long as the law requires us to hold them, and then deleted.
Who else sees it
Only the service providers we need to run the studio: FormSubmit for form delivery, Calendly for scheduling, our email and accounting providers, and our website host. Each processes data on our instructions.
Some of these providers operate outside the European Economic Area. Where that is the case, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers have in place.
Your rights
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to:
- tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy
- correct anything that is wrong
- delete it
- stop using it, or limit how we use it
- hand it to you or another provider in a portable format
Email hello@becometheanswer.online and we will respond within one month. If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the revised version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
